Shading works together with the window: it protects from summer sun, keeps heat in during winter and controls privacy. We offer aluminium shutters with fixed or adjustable louvres, with wood-effect finishes for historic centres, insulated aluminium roller blinds with insulated box and motorisation, adjustable brise-soleil and zip screens for large glazing.
Every system is sized on the opening and on the window it protects: stainless-steel hinges and hardware, quiet guides, radio controls or integration with home automation. Insect screens, roller, pleated or hinged, match the colour and disappear when not in use.
In renovations we replace roller blinds and boxes, eliminating thermal bridges, often the main source of heat loss in an old window.
Frequently asked questions
Shutters or roller blinds?
Shutters ventilate and give character to the façade; roller blinds darken more and are easy to motorise. In many cases the choice is bound by building regulations or the condominium: we check it together.
Can existing roller blinds be motorised?
Yes, in most cases: we replace the roller with a tubular motor, wall or radio controlled, without changing the curtain.
Do insect screens spoil the look?
No: pleated and side-retracting versions are only visible when in use and take the colour of the window frame.
